我想搞个个人网站，请问应该怎么办？有什么手续？：）

【(小小小小龙)回复(冷月无痕)的大作】 理论上说你要注册一个公司，然后申请ICP运营证 接下来就是注域名，找空间，搞程序 如果你要做收费呢？还得去去银行申请 如果要网上支付呢？又需要卡交易中心、技术提供、结算银行申请 但是都很烦 如果你的想法实在不错 我帮你做，从空间、程序、经营许可、网上支付；当然是不收费的，不然我变做广告的了。 我申请了一套，但是一直没想法 有兴趣和我谈谈[email protected]

关于建立公司互联网宣传网站的计划 Plan for company Internet website construction 1． Decide company domain name The domain name could be xxxx.com.cn or xxxx.com. The xxxx.com.cn domain registration could be preceded only after all company registration paper is ready. The first year domain fee and registration fee is about 800RMB and yearly domain fee would be 600RMB/year. 2． Have a company meeting to decide website purpose, functionality and content I suggested that the purpose for this website should mainly focus on marketing promotion. The website should at least provide company background, project information, company news, industrial news, contact information and legal disclamation. 3． Hire a company or person (recommended) to design/construct the website The website is about 30 pages initially, and the architecture of website should have certain expansion ability to grow with company. The cost for this work would be around 5,000RMB. I had a few candidates to choose. 4． Rent a virtual space to host the website In order to publish the website, company needs to rent a virtual space to host the website. There are many ISP out there could provide these service. I would recommend www.sinonets.net.cn (信诺立) as company’s ISP. Their 宝诺级 service would fulfill our company’s requirement. This level service will provide hosting service, email function, traffic analysis, domain name translation, reasonable access speed and many interactive functions. The cost is 1200RMB/year from their list price. 5． Launched the website. When the website content is ready, we should also have the virtual space ready. Then we could publish the website content to the Internet. Hah, what a great website! Take a big relief. But wait, there are more things to do. 6． Website maintenance. The attractive website should be update frequently, even a company website. Company should appointed a dedicated person to maintain the website. The work could include: a) Update! Update! Update the industrial new once a week or more b) Contact ISP if the website has technical difficult c) Pay the renewal fee for website d) And other work could do good to the company After simple training, a normal undergraduate should be able to do the job. 7． Put the website address on all possible company material to promote company The website content should be most up to date in order to facilitate market promotion purpose. Paper material is difficult to update, the web pages is very easy to update. Summary: The website would take about 50 calendar days, from scratch to launch. The initial cost would be around 8,000RMB-10,000RMB and require two PCs.
