We were two different faiths. Our lives separated for years, but rumor kept us in touch. We met again 2 yrs before his death in Hawaii. A phone call to my home from him, using his pet name for me, stated that he would never see me again, but he would never forget me. Two weeks later, he died by suicide. I call that a true love, almost story-book, lasting from l930 to l981 and still harbored deep in my heart.
